An Employee Handbook👋 is an important cornerstone of company culture and value communication.

But it's difficult to get it made. As a founder you're busy with other stuff. And where to start? 🤔

This template is based on three different employee handbooks that I’ve written or helped write in various companies that I’ve been. 

The idea is to give you:

• a proven starting point
• some points to touch on, and
• a structure to follow.

Much is left blank, but here and there I’ve left some bits in for inspiration.
